3. Tournament Participation

By registering for a tournament, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth for each event. This includes but is not limited to:

• Following the specific game rules and code of conduct.
• Being present and ready to play at the scheduled match times.
• Not engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Accepting that decisions made by tournament officials are final.

Failure to comply with tournament rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and potential ban from future events.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AEU Esports Tournament and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
